What is Salsa?

Salsa is a vibrant partner dance that originated in the Caribbean, blending African and European dance influences. It's characterized by intricate footwork, rhythmic hip movements, and playful partner interactions.

The word "salsa" means "sauce" in Spanish—and just like a good sauce, salsa dance is a spicy mix of different ingredients that create something truly special.
